🔹 1. Digital Product Notice

All products sold on BUYCHEAP are digital goods (game accounts).

Once delivered, digital products are generally non-returnable.

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

❌ Product is not delivered after successful payment

❌ Provided account details are invalid / not working

❌ The product does not match the description

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

You change account details (email/password) and lose access

Your device/system cannot run the game

You change your mind after purchase

Account issues occur due to misuse or violation of platform rules

You fail to follow instructions provided during delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once account details have been delivered.

A replacement account may be offered instead of a refund if:

The account stops working due to issues not caused by the buyer

Replacement is valid only within a limited time after delivery

Description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

Permanent ban from the store

Cancellation of services

BUYCHEAP reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on investigation.
