You must not change account credentials (email/password) unless clearly instructed.

Any misuse, resale, or violation of platform rules is the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery is made after successful payment confirmation.

Most orders are delivered instantly or within a short time.

Delays may occur due to technical or availability issues.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

❌ Product is not delivered after payment

❌ Provided login details are invalid or not working

❌ The product does not match the description

🚫 Refunds will NOT be provided if:

You change account details and lose access

Your device/system does not support the game

You change your mind after purchase

The account is banned or restricted due to your actions

A replacement account may be provided if the account stops working due to issues not caused by the buyer.

Replacement is valid only within a limited time period after delivery.

Provide accurate contact details (especially WhatsApp)

Follow all instructions provided during and after delivery

Maintain proper use of the account

Account bans or restrictions caused by user actions

Third-party platform changes (Steam, Mojang, etc.)

Compatibility issues with your device

Basic user information (such as contact details) may be collected only for order processing.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
